Warranty Administration Assistant

Part time
$25 – $35 per hour

We are currently seeking a Warranty Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of work.

This position plays an important role in supporting our Warranty Manager by assisting with manufacturer warranty requirements and ensuring all documentation and processes meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with manufacturer warranty paperwork and claims

  • Organising and uploading photos of completed jobs for warranty records

  • Managing parts documentation, core returns, and related paperwork

  • Tracking warranty parts and inventory to ensure compliance with manufacturer regulations

  • Working with workshop staff to ensure job cards are completed to a high standard

  • Filing, document control, and archiving of records

  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems at all times

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work well with both office and workshop staff

  • Strong administrative and computer skills

  • Able to maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Reliable, proactive and able to maintain high standards in all tasks

Position Details

  • On-site role within our office and workshop team

  • Flexible hours available, including school hours or part-time arrangements

  • Full-time position available for the right applicant
