Service Administration Assistant

Full Time
$28 – $35 per hour

Wagga Trucks is a family owned business which has grown to become one of Regional Australia's leading truck dealerships. Due to continued growth and expansion we have the above position available.

The focus of this position is to act as one of the primary contacts between the dealership and the customer for repair and maintenance service of vehicles whilst providing exceptional customer service. 

Position Overview

• Flexible hours with early or later shift available
• Meet and greet customers
• Take bookings and service enquiries
• Liaise with spare parts to ensure all parts requisitions are filled for the workshop
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Invoicing customers for completed jobs
• Saturdays on a rotational roster (1 in 3)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hard work in a fast paced environment who has a genuine interest in working within the automotive industry. 

In addition to this the ideal candidate must have:

• Current Drivers Licence
• Good knowledge with computers
• Strong communication and organisational skills
