Mother’s Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Wagga Trucks, located at 142 Hammond Ave Wagga Wagga NSW 2650.

2. Promotion period
Entries open at on May 5th 2026 and close at midnight on May 9th 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of Wagga Wagga & Surrounds, aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Wagga Trucks, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved with running the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter
To enter, participants must comment on the original Facebook giveaway post with:

  1. The name of a mum they would like to nominate

  2. A short reason why they are nominating her

Tagging the nominated person is optional and is not required for entry.

Following the Wagga Trucks Facebook page is optional, but encouraged for those who would like to see the winner announcement and future updates.

5. Entry limits
Maximum of 3 entries per person.
4th and thereafter comments from the same person will not be included.

6. Valid entries
A valid entry must be posted on the original Facebook giveaway post before the closing time.
Entries may be deemed invalid if they are incomplete, duplicated, offensive, misleading, spam-like, or do not meet the entry requirements.

7. Prize
The prize is 1 x $200 gift voucher to Epizo, 1 x Glasshouse Candle, 1 x Yeti Wine Tumbler - Dessert Bloom, 1 x Yeti STackable Coffee Cup - Dessert Bloom, 1 x Cadbury Milktray all valued at $350
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

8. Winner selection
The winning nomination will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on Sunday 10th May 2026.

9. Winner and nominated mum
The prize is intended for the nominated mum named in the selected entry, not the person who submitted the nomination, unless the entrant nominated themselves.

If a nomination is drawn, Wagga Trucks will contact the person who submitted the entry and ask them to help connect us with the nominated mum.

The nominated mum may be asked to confirm basic details privately before the prize is issued.

The prize will not be handed over based on a public Facebook comment alone.

10. Winner notification
The entrant whose nomination is drawn will be contacted by Wagga Trucks via Facebook message or comment.

The winner announcement may also be posted on the Wagga Trucks Facebook page.

If the entrant or nominated mum cannot be contacted or verified within 3 business days, Wagga Trucks may redraw the prize.

11. Redraw
If required, a redraw will be conducted at random from the remaining valid entries.

12. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Wagga Trucks may announce the winning nomination on its Facebook page.
No personal contact details will be published.

13. Privacy
Any personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and arranging delivery or collection of the prize.

14. Scams and fake accounts
Participants should be aware of scam pages and fake accounts.
Wagga Trucks will never ask for payment details, credit card information, or bank details to claim a prize.

15. Facebook release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility in relation to the promotion.

16. Promoter’s decision
The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
