Congratulations to Isaac Lofts (Lofty) who was our employee of the month winner, receiving top votes from his colleagues in July!

Lofty is one of our valued apprentice technicians, due to complete his apprenticeship next year. The last 6 months for Lofty have been huge in terms of his progress, and he has stepped up to be a real contributor to the team. Always the larrikin, Lofty loves a joke with the team and always has a smile on his face. He has recently joined the WHS committee and is happy to stay back and get the job done, prioritising the customer’s needs.

Outside of work, Lofty loves hanging out with his mates, riding bikes and spending time with his partner Brooke.

Along with Lofty, the next top 5 employees got to have lunch at a local pub with a member of our leadership team. Congratulations and thank you to Wil, Amy, Keith, Graham, & Adam for being our July recipients.
