There is only one thing better than having an employee of the month, and that’s when there’s two! This month we had equal winners receiving top votes from their colleagues for their efforts in January - Gavin Price and Wil Corbett. Congratulations guys, this is a well-deserved win.

Since coming from the UK, Gavin has made an easy transition into our workshop, with this being his second win in only 4 months. Gav is happy to do anything he is asked, is liked by all his peers and is a great energy in the workshop.

Wil is now in the third year of his apprenticeship and is making a real effort, which hasn’t gone unnoticed. Always willing to learn and get in and do what’s needed, he is taking the bull by the horns of late, and we look forward to seeing his progress throughout the year.

Along with Gav & Wil, the next top 4 employees got to have lunch at a local pub with a member of our leadership team. Congratulations and thank you to Wayne, Adam, Josh & Izzy for being our January recipients.
