Congratulations to Dave Weeden who was our employee of the month winner, receiving top votes from his colleagues in May!

Not only is Dave a much loved staff member, he is our office larrikin who doesn’t take himself too seriously and loves to get involved. He is always happy to participate in our charity days, is often voted best dressed for Melbourne Cup and Christmas and is always up for a laugh. Although Dave’s job as our Warranty Specialist can be stressful, Dave always goes above and beyond to make sure our customers and suppliers both get the best outcome. Dave was voted one of the Volvo Customer Commitment Champions earlier this year and was our Employee of the Year in 2024! (mic drop)

Outside of work, Dave loves spending time with his wife Nic and their beautiful family, playing cricket with the boys and getting on the golf course when he can!

Along with Dave, the next top 5 employees got to have lunch at a local pub with a member of our leadership team. Congratulations and thank you to Rhys, Isaac, Mat (not pictured), Amy & Andrew for being our May recipients.
